Twiggy Grid è la versione outdoor che prende spunto dallâinconfondibile silhouette del modello da interni, ma in realtà è stata totalmente riprogettata per lâambiente esterno. Il diffusore, realizzato in un materiale composito intrecciato, è stato ripensato per lasciare passare lâaria senza offrire resistenza. Nuova anche lâilluminazione, con un sistema a LED che lambisce il perimetro del paralume. Il risultato è un intreccio di fibra, senza componenti tecniche visibili, che sembra magicamente volare nellâaria proiettando verso il basso un anello di luce spostato di diversi metri rispetto alla base.
Inspired by a fishing rod, Twiggy is an idea of resilience and flexibility that has become an icon. Twiggy Grid is the outdoor version that draws inspiration from the unmistakable silhouette of the indoor model but has actually been completely redesigned for outdoor environments. The diffuser, made of a woven composite material, has been redesigned to allow air to pass through without offering resistance. The lighting is also new, featuring an LED system that grazes the perimeter of the lampshade. The result is a weave of fiber, without visible technical components, that appears to magically float in the air, projecting downward a ring of light shifted several meters from the base.
